Refund policy

Because many of our products are made to order or custom-created, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Incorrect item received

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Custom tumblers

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds / Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
