Processing Time

Most apparel and accessory items are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party drop shipping partners.

Processing times vary by product type:

• Apparel & Accessories (Drop Shipped Items):
  Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
• Tumblers (Shipped by AG Designs):
  • In-stock tumblers: Ship within 5 business days
  • Custom tumblers: Ship within up to 2 -3 weeks based on design complexity

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Split Shipments

If your order includes both tumblers and drop-shipped items, products may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
